Completing this Mandatory Alcohol Server Training course is required to receive or renew a Class 12 Mixologist Permit or Class 13 Servers Permit.

Washington Alcohol Training
This online course will provide a Class 13 Servers Permit to students 18 years of age and older, allowing them to take alcohol orders, carry alcohol to a customer, and pour it into a glass. Students 21 years of age and older will receive a Class 12 Mixologist Permit, which provides all of the abilities of the Class 13 Permit and also allows you to draw alcohol from a tap and mix drinks, as well as manage an establishment that serves alcoholic beverages.
