Refund Policy

If an order is cancelled after you have made payment but before you attempt to complete the final examination, the American Safety Council will refund your total order amount upon receipt of a written request to info@americansafetycouncil.com within 60 days of registering for the course. No refunds will be issued for failure to pass the final examination.
